Founded in 2020, Voskos Advisory was established to meet the growing need for independent judgment in Southeast Asia's fast-changing markets. The name Voskos reflects our role: a shepherd guiding organizations through complexity toward opportunity. From our base in Malaysia, with reach into Singapore and the wider region, we combine international experience with regional understanding to provide perspective in critical moments.

A founding partner of Voskos Advisory, Jensen brings over 18 years of international investment banking experience spanning Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider Asia-Pacific region. He has advised on more than USD 800 million in completed transactions across mergers, acquisitions, and equity capital markets. Prior to Voskos, he held leadership roles at RICO Harvest Private Equity, OCBC Malaysia's M&A division, and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Singapore. Jensen began his career in Deloitte Audit and PwC Corporate Finance Advisory, and holds a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce (Finance) from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Jun Seng is a partner of Voskos Advisory with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), he has advised on IPOs, takeover offers, restructuring exercises, and valuation engagements. His transaction experience spans equity fund-raising projects exceeding USD 300 million and valuation advisory mandates involving transactions valued above USD 10 billion. Jun Seng's career began in audit, where he gained exposure to both private and public companies across diverse industries.

Rachel is the Brand Director of Voskos Advisory, where she leads the firm's strategic positioning and client experience. A graduate of RMIT University with a degree in Economics and Finance, she began her career in the corporate lending division of a leading bank, gaining early exposure to financial analysis and risk management. That experience shaped her belief that effective wealth and estate planning must combine analytical precision with human understanding. At Voskos, Rachel oversees brand development, client engagement, and the integration of financial strategy with empathy-led advisory practice — strengthening the firm's reputation for trust, integrity, and purpose.
